- Utilizing design experience and understanding of architectural, structural and MEP drawings to facilitate design deliverables
- Assist in reviewing and reporting to the upper management on proposed design changes and assist the rest of the team in assessing the impact on cost and time of any changes.
- Assist Project Lead to give advice on constructability and offer solutions to on-site construction/ interface problems.
- Ensuring all design related deliverables and completed within relevant time-scales

- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- คณะ/สาขา การตลาด, การออกแบบภายใน, การเงิน, ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 ปี ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กจบใหม่
- Bachelor's Degree in Architect / Interior Design, Marketing, Financial, Real Estate, Engineering or any related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in business solution, Land and Property Development/ New Project Construction and retail business is a plus.
- Must be an extremely self-motivated, energetic, independent person who can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal direction.
