- In cooperation with sales team to achieve the sales target through account development plan and formulate strategies for the market approach and be responsible for their implementation, focusing on developing Food Ingredients business.
- To ensure fulfillment of financial goals and objectives by means of formulation, implementation and follow up on a strategic plan.
- To achieve sales and profitability target set to increase market share/sales through acquisition and retention of customers.
- To maintain existing customers and in cooperation with sales team to develop a broader Food Ingredients customer base on a selective and focused market approach.
- To improve working capital management so as to increase company profitability.
- To participate and propose improvement of the internal & external processes to AVP, so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
- To establish and continuously improve product & market knowledge, so as to be more efficient.
- To identify new business of Food Ingredients by expanding business with existing customers, existing suppliers and explore and implement new business with a potential.
