1. Strategic planning:
- Coordinate with local management and BJC Thailand HR management.
- Implement country HR strategy which supports and align with corporate strategy and local business objectives.
2.HR Core Process Management:
- Manpower management: manage with Line Managers to ensure the manpower planning document is developed and updated, provide accurate and timely HR Management reports to Regional HR Management.
- Recruitment: develop the local recruitment strategy; manage the process to meet the deadline and manpower requirements.
- Compensation and benefits: create, update and implement company’s compensation and benefits policy, process salary increase, promotion increase program, participate surveys of Total remuneration.
- Career & Succession Planning: manage the local career and succession planning process in support of the Regional programs.
- Training and development: make yearly training need analyst with Line Managers, coordinate in corporate training, identify and select training vendors and courses, evaluate and follow up the trainees’ application in work.
- Employee relations management: act as an initial point of contact for managers/employees who wish to discuss on labor or personal issues. And coordinate with labour union
- Performance Management: manage, provide coaching and support to managers/employees to ensure process effectiveness.
- Policies and Procedures: review local policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and Vietnam laws.
- Budgeting: prepare, review and control salary and benefits’ budget.
- External Affairs Liaison: act as a company representative with external agencies on employment related activities.
- HR Administration: provide general HR administrative support of HR activities.
3. General office management:
- Apartment contracts and negotiations: perform timely the review of related office contracts and negotiate for the best terms and conditions.
- Manage and stabilized IT facilities
- Office security and maintenance: manage timely the programming of security doors and the maintenance of common areas, work stations.

- Experience: at least 10 years in a HRM position.
- Skills set: Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, Fluent in English or Vietnamese, Vietnam Labor code, Microsoft office application.
- Desired competencies: Counseling, leadership & planning, interpersonal skills, functional technical skills, communication & PR, deep knowledge of Labor Code.
