- Develop, maintain and implement strategic initiatives for mortgage product across all sales channels and potential alliances
- Develop mortgage product business strategy and action plans
- Analyze competitor and determine product pricing
- Portfolio monitoring: New Acquisition mix by channel, property type, location, LTV, etc.
- Monitor and promote channel sales contribution
- Monitor E2E process and work with cross functional to ensure integration of sales, appraisal, credit analyst and retail loan operation.
- Understand Through the door profile and credit performance
- Liaise with Compliance and Legal to ensure that any new initiatives and changes can be done within applicable regulatory and laws
- Liaise with related units to ensure smooth operation
