The company started business as airlines General Sales Agent (GSA) in 1984 and has gradually added numbers of international airlines
into its portfolio. Being a proud performance driven airlines GSA, our tasks cover not only sales & marketing activities of passengers
and cargo, but also operation at major airports around Thailand.

Our corporate travel management unit ranked among the country’s top largest corporate travel companies. More than 130 service
personnel work effectively 24/7 from their state of the art operating platform to deliver the best travel options to hundreds of
major corporates.

The past five years, through own direct investment as well as group’s strategic partnership with local property developer,
saw total book value of our property development and investment assets surge to more than 4 billion THB from
several residential condominium projects, hotels and land bank in Bangkok CBD locations. In addition, Federal
also engages in hotel management services under “Well Hotels & Resorts” brand, with plan to have
10-15 hotel management properties under the group by 2020.

Our subsidiary “Master Laundry” provides complete commercial laundry service to several internationally
recognized hospitals and hotels around Bangkok. Its facility, brand new automated US imported
machines, together with experienced team of laundry services personnel, and large
logistic fleet ensures quality and on-time services to our corporate customers.
