- Analysis the root cause of problem in each process , cooperate with engineering team and customer to solve the problem and provide corrective action Provide to customer

- Design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- PPAP (Product Production Approval Process)
- Other necessary documentation concerning production process that may require in the future.
- Define Process Capability
- Collaborate and Cooperate with Program Manager and Project coordinator in order to provide feedback to customer.
- Collaborate and Cooperate with Quality in order to provide 8-D report to customer.
- Collaborate and Cooperate with NPI (New Product Introduction)

- Prefer 1 years experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) product in automotive manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team player, Good attitude, logical thinking and well understand on PSDM
(Problem Solving and Decision Making)
- Good command of English (TOEIC Score 450 or above would be an advantage)
- Able to use well computer program
- Solid experience in SPC, MSA , PPAP, FMEA , ISO/TS16949 , AS9001 Control Plan knowledge is a must
