- Manage manufacturing employees, including manning, on the job training, evaluation person in charge (skill map monitoring) scheduling and quality to meet goals
- Responsible to quality control and stop production when have quality problem consult operator how to solve quality and information to Manager or concerning person
- Minimize loss, scrap, rework, supply and utility usage, and maintenance
- Responsible for 5S activities in responsible areas
- Manage the skill level of Foreman, Group leader, Assistant group leader and Operators, develop continuously
- Direct activities to insure job safety and environmental compliance
- Responsible to quality control and stop production when have quality problem consult operator how to solve quality and information to Manager or concerning person

- คณะ/สาขา วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อื่นๆ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปี ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กจบใหม่
- Thai male or female , age 27-40 years
- 5 years’ experience ( Had experience in Supervising more than 30 Subordinates.)
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical , metallurgical , industrial technology or related field.
- Knowledge of powdered metal and/or machining manufacturing procedures will be an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding about Basic drawing , measurement , basic mechanical , IATF 16949.
- Able to use computer in program Ms.Office , Powerpoint.
- Good command in English or Japanese will be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure, proactive skill, work actively in team and good communication skill.
- Able to work overtime.
- Military serviced.
