- Control of delivery and ensure all customer requiememts, and customer complaints.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
- Collaborating with the other department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Cooperate between company internal and customer to ensure that problem solving.
- Receive order from customer (Include sample parts).
- Co-ordinate with Engineering about sample making and master plan of new parts.
- Co-ordinate with Production Control about delivery timing of product.
- Support customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Check delivery parts to customer.
- Receive information and distribute to inside organization (concerned section).
- Summary sales forecast and sales amount.
- Customer visitation report.

- Thai Female, age 23-30 years
- Bachelor's degree in business in business administration, business management, marketing or relate field is preferred.
- Experience 1 - 2 years in relate field.
- Able to work under pressure, good communication skill and work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of IATF16949 (Quality System) and ISO14001 (Environment System) will be an advantage.
- Good command of english & knowledge of Japanese will be advantage.
- Able to use computer in program PC, Ms.Office
- Able to work overtime hour
