- Develop, implement, and maintain PFMEA and control plans for painting processes.
- Using problem solving tools and techniques, address problems and act to define, resolve, and verify problem resolution with paint finish quality from internal and external customers.
- Work cross-functionally with paint suppliers/peers on proper material specifications.
- Manage and monitor paint supplier activities.
- Provides paint equipment troubleshooting and paint processes control.
- Assist in minor repairs and general maintenance of painted jigs and fixture.
- Develop and implement training programs for painting technicians & sprayers.
- Follow up action on new painted model transfer and set up
- Assess/analyze current processes and drive improvement projects for Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost.
