- Receiving order from Domestic & Export from sales team and punching in system including amendments as and when required.
- Raising quotation for sales person once they are out of office.
- Preparing sales order for sales person.
- Preparing sample request and document request when sales is on field.
- Number the sample, document, complaints, reject sample into log book before sending to lab.
- Receiving sample, document & other from lab and putting receipt into the log book before sending to lab.
- Co-coordinating with logistics and sales manager in case of delays.
- Preparing local invoices and Sending invoice to logistics department before dispatch.
- Receiving new customer requirement and call back existing customer for order & negotiation to them in discussion with sales manager.
- Supporting sales operation start to end, communicating with existing customers in absence of sales person.
- Check invoice return from delivery truck and report in case of delays.
- Sales Catalogue stock and record.
- Sales visit plan record.
