Key Responsibilities
• Host live-stream educational sessions to introduce skincare products, ingredients, and usage methods.
• Explain INCI ingredient lists, product technologies, and skin benefits in a professional yet simple way.
• Provide skin analysis guidance and help viewers understand their skin needs.
• Engage with audience comments/questions in real time with high emotional intelligence and confidence.
• Deliver positive, trustworthy, and science-based skincare education.
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to create content topics, scripts, and live-stream strategies.
• Maintain a professional brand image and uphold industry standards.

• Ability to evaluate skin types, conditions, and common concerns.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, friendly, and positive personality.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Experience in live commerce, beauty education, skincare consulting, or similar roles are an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Thai. ( Excellent )
• Confident on camera, well-spoken, and presentable.
