- Responsibility for the accuracy of the client record in the migration work flow tool.
- Creation of the client document packs and various communication letters / emails at each stage of the process.
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers, record details of their enquiries and respond of their questions and concerns.
- Receive, record and store documentation returned by the customer and update work flow tool accordingly.
- Chase non responsive customers and help them through the migration process. Liaise with the business to remediate.
- Liaise with the BAU Implementation managers to ensure top tier customers are engage appropriately.
- Create and manage a good client/Bank relationship and a positive migration experience for the customer.

- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาโท, ปริญญาตรี
- คณะ/สาขา การตลาด, การบริหารการเงิน, การเงิน
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปี ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กจบใหม่
- Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Business, MBA , Finance or Marketing
- minimum 5 years of work experience preferably involving campaigning or other mass customer communication process.
- Good verbal and written English would be an advantage
- A graduate with a minimum of 5 years office work experience preferably involving campaigning or other mass customer communication process.
- Must have previous customer interaction experience, service oriented with an enthusiasm for solving customer problems.
- Methodical and diligent approach to work with excellent data entry and tracking skills. Total attention to detail is required.
- Ability to follow a process, but also to identify gaps and adapt to accommodate and handle exceptions through to completion.
- Self motivated and dedicated team player with good communication skills.
- Good verbal and written English would be an advantage
- Previous experience in customer communication activity.
