- Develop and lead your sales team to identify & contact potential restaurant partners that can benefit from incremental diners during their off-peak hours
- Work closely with Country Lead and HQ VP Sales to ensure targets are met for your country
- Continuously analyse, identify & execute value creation opportunities for existing restaurant partners
- Continuously analyse individual and team performance and take necessary steps to ensure growth
- Work with HR and Country Lead to ensure sales team is fully staffed with high performing team members
- Meet rigorous daily reporting requirements
