- To support primary machine (Compounding, Dipping, Finishing & ET) and addition request
- To be able to manage, plan, control & check both staff (>20HC) & contractor vs work load
- To be able to solve problem both mechanical and electrical skill/knowledge
- To repair and preventive production machine to ensure productivity, quality and safety
- Ensure safety, housekeeping and GMP compliance with RB regulation both staff and contractor working
- Analyse and improve to enhance machine reliability (productivity), quality and safety
- Manage, plan, control and check between staff & contractor vs work load (preventive maintenance plan, notification & project)
- Implement cost saving or energy saving project
- Manage and check tools, equipment & PPE (personal protective equipment) are readiness and safe for staff
- Train, supervise and communicate to staff and contractor on SOP, work instruction, knowledge/skill/trouble shooting and any communication
- To be involved in the review of Maintenance’s SOP, identifying and recommending appropriate changes.
- Understands environmental and health and safety policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensures staff is trained regarding environmental and health and safety work instructions and policies and monitors staff to ensure compliance.
