Job Summary & Purpose:
This job contributes to Segafredo Zanetti success by
- Analysis selling product and merchandising in store
- Create marketing promotion to increase sales and promote brand
- Sourcing new product to be more competitive
- Expanding wholesales and coffee/machine capsule business
- Implement and support other distribution channels via E-commerce, Tops shop online, supermarket, department store and catering
- Support team to create the Segafredo Zanetti experience for customers

Principal Accountabilities:
- Be able to analyze performance
- Create implementation marketing plan to increase sales and promote brand
- Coordinate with other departments to implement new promotion in stores and each distribution channels and ensure satisfaction customers
- Be able to source the products to sell and meet customer needs
- Coordinate with operation team, training team to ensure satisfaction customers
- Evaluate and auditing to ensure all store meet the target and standard
- Be able to analyze and evaluate each distribution channels performance to achieve the target
- Ensure all products quality meet the standard in all distribution channels
- Ensure all process each distribution channels meet company policy and procedure
- Ensure effectively E-commerce website
- Ensure all the wholesale customers are satisfied
- Evaluate and ensure all the wholesale customers who use our coffee to meet our standard
- Providing functional expertise and executing responsibilities:
- Regularly utilizes management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in Segafredo performance
- Solicits customers’ feedback to understand customers needs
