- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Expertise with various agile and software development tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Demonstrable history of leading various agile/scrum projects for cross-functional and highly matrixed organizations.
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and a willingness to share the work we do across the organisation.
- A solid track record of addressing customer needs through the use of technology at scale
