2. Customer & Warranty Claim Supervisor
- Solving problem root cause and flow out to customer.
- Prepare making 5 Why , 8D report and corrective action to customer
- Prepare document follow to ISO/IATF16949 and ISO14001
- Improve and control quality / defect target under KPI.
- Understanding and audit process and techniques of ISO/IATF16949 and ISO14001 inter and external auditors.
3. Quality Control 4W Leader and Supervisor
- Control and check 4W Production Plan
- Quality Control and Contour Measuring / Surface tester
- Data Inspection Report to customer
- New Parts Quality Control and Incoming Parts Quality Control.
- Approval KPI & Corrective Action Report , Bussiness Plan , Management review report.
- Product activity control and solving problem.

- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปี ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กจบใหม่
- Female age 35 years old up.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering , Mechanical , Electrical , Industrial or related field.
- Have experience in Customer and Warranty Claim at least 3 Years (Position 1)
- Have experience in Inspection , Mass Production at least 3 Years (Position 2)
- Have experience in 4M Change Control , New model at least 3 Years (Position 3)
- Good command in English.
- Have knowledge in Micrometer , Vernier , Auto CAD , Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure, problems solving systematically and analytically.
