Responsibilities
- Recommend and implement plans with the purpose of achieving standards and objectives under the Sustainable Tobacco Program and related projects and initiatives to tobacco farmers and their communities
- Liaise and coordinate with Agronomy field department to achieve goals and objectives
- Coordinate, monitor and report all activities related to the Sustainable Tobacco Program with timely progress review
- Manage the process of coordinating with all necessary stakeholders to ensure meaningful relationships to promote successful outcomes of the Sustainable Tobacco Program
- Formulate training programs for Field Technicians and farmers covering all relevant aspects of the Sustainable Tobacco Program
- Manage team and coach direct subordinates
