- Account payable booking and payment processes
- Reviewing and verifying invoices to ensure correct calculation, proper authorization and sufficient supporting documents
- Ensuring correctness and validity of payment in terms of compliance to relevant policies and procedures, proper authorization, sufficient supporting documents e.g. receipts, invoices, signed agreements and proper account coding
- Ensuring timely payments process in SAP and reviewing for completeness prior to submitting for payment approval

- SAP knowledge would be a plus
