Delivery Project
Managing and monitoring delivery platform;
Providing promotion campaign for supporting delivery sales channel;
Brief and inspire agencies on offline & online and set new activities to gain more interactive in social network as a whole delivery campaign;
Source new online media to catch up and reach all target customers;
Monitoring performance and makes necessary adjustments to insure maximum availability and performance in delivery platform;
Reporting activities and sales report;
Open New Shop
Development and implementation of the marketing plan for the brand;
Creating all fixtures for shops to present brand image & identity;
Working cross-functionally with Business Development Department to plan and design perspective of the branch;
Preparing & Implementing opening new shops promotion & activities
Providing all point of purchase (POP) for new shops.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide customer’s feedback on performance and identifying opportunity and threat;
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints and reporting to operation.
Other Functional Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain expenses on a monthly basis.
Responsible for all ad hoc tasks / projects as assigned from Marketing Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years working experiences as in marketing field. Restaurant or FMCG would be preferable
- Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure.
- Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Service minded, Analytical and Planning Skill.
- Good command in English.
- Good command in Microsoft Office.
