The Small Business Specialist will lead our customer engagement and be accountable for driving adoption of the solution. The Small Business Specialist will apply their skills and experience in solution selling to SMEs, progressing them from being an interested trialist of the solution to a committed or sold lead ready for system implementation. Leads are generated by the bank from existing and new customers who are interested in becoming a UOB BizSmart customer.

- Achieve monthly sales conversion targets
- Engage and convert solution trialists to sold and activated customers also own the customer sales journey
- Attend and at times run industry events focused on SMEs and seminars/introduction session for trialists
- Maintain required technical knowledge of features, benefits and capabilities solution softwares
- Maintain to highest standards customer data in assigned CRM and maintain clear visibility on sales funnel and prospective sales
- Report weekly on sales forecasting
- Capture and feedback solution enhancement feedback from customers
