- To work with related work streams to ensure continuous project process & system improvement.
- Control project timeline, monitor project improvement and identify appropriate re-solutions to meet Rules & Regulations and business requirements.
- Proactively support each BU to achieve their business goals and objectives.
- Manage project with regard to compliances, operation function and risk management.
- Participate in each development phase to help all parties understand implications and requirements on process, technology, resources, risk mitigation and security standards.
- Responsible regarding to ad hoc/ new assignments.
- Co-ordinate to get proper resolution on post implementation for all projects, both internal and cross units. Streamline the work flow to reduce the redundancy, cost and time consume.

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, IT or Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in Retail Banking experiences.
- Strong managing Project & Process Improvement
- Knowledge Backgrounds in branch process, retail banking operation process or related area
- Good interpersonal skill both Thai and English
- Good presentation, people management and negotiation skills
