- To Coach & Train sales staff in area to ensure they all can perform well in line with Bank’s standard capacity. Finding of creating “the best practice” sales model to ensure the new sales model always be created and realistic.
- To prepare a solid action plan whit Group sales Manager / Branch Business Manager and Sales Head to achieve BA sales target in area ( OL+NL).
- To have a daily the sales visiting for sales activities, morning talk, personal meeting, sales clinic and sales review in the evening talk.
- To implement the sales performance, manage and motivate sales staff in area to perform well and achieve the sales target align with Bank’s campaign.
- To initiate sales activities to find new opportunities for the sales volume.
- To create sales campaign with specific purpose in a limited time line and monitor that campaign to see how it how it works or what the needed mechanics are.
- To advise and recommend for being a part of new product development.
- To encourage all related staffs to apply for needed license, comply with BOT and OIC Regulation (Life – Non life).
