- Fully responsible for merchandising include inventory control, SKU plan, stock management and replenishment, sell strategic plan, pricing, and merchandising allocation.
- Financial responsibilities include constructing new location and renovation budgets, purchasing budgets, forecasting costs, monitoring expenses and financial provisions for current and future uses.
- Manage, support, and direct the sales team, including specifically delegating/setting tasks and projects, discussing and agreeing targets and standards of performance, setting deadlines as well as resolving difficulties and attending customers’ requests.
- Discuss and evaluate the performance of sales team members on a regular basis.
- Devise, plan, and implement schedules to deliver marketing, PR, and advertising activities within the budget and deadlines.
- Build, network, develop, and sustain good working relationships with trades, external suppliers, media representatives, organizations and contractors. Negotiate best prices, deals and packages ensuring that only the best highest standards are provided.
