Azendo is a Danish-led software development company founded in Thailand in 2010. We assign specialist engineering teams — software development, mobile, AI engineering, QA, cloud and DevOps, data engineering, MLOps and data science — to a client's own roadmap under one agreement, run by an Azendo service delivery manager who is accountable for what ships. Capacity is billed as one fixed monthly fee rather than per person or per hour. Engagements are built for multi-year roadmaps, not short scoped projects.
